As Director of Medical Operations, she brings a strong blend of clinical expertise and leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality care across all levels of aesthetic treatment. A 2025 graduate at D'Youville with a Masters in Science of Family Nurse Practitioner, Emma has completed extensive training in advanced injection techniques and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, staying at the forefront of industry standards and innovations. Emma's work is deeply rooted in her passion for nursing and women's health, and she is committed to empowering patients through education, personalized care, and evidence-based practices. Her dedication to continuous learning, clinical excellence, and team development makes her a respected leader in the aesthetic space.

BROW ARTIST

Paige studied Fashion Merchandising at Buffalo State University and brings nine years of retail experience, including five as an assistant manager. A lifelong passion for fashion, beauty, and self-care inspired her and her husband to build a career in the grooming and self-care industry. Paige became a certified Permanent Makeup Artist in 2019, followed by accreditation in Brow Lamination. She believes that creating the perfect brows is a collaborative effort and loves helping clients achieve their goals while enhancing their natural beauty.

Montana Jamison BS, BSN, RN Registered nurse with over 3 years of patient care experience. Attended Niagara University for her bachelors of science in biology. She then attended NU and completed her nursing degree through their 1-year accelerated program. She started her nursing career at John R Oishei Children’s Hospital in the Neonatal ICU and also became a Private Duty Nurse allowing her to further her care for pediatric patients. She is currently in the Nurse Practitioner program at Niagara University.

Marie is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in medical aesthetics. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst and her BSN from Niagara University. Most recently, she graduated from Daemen University as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Marie is passionate about helping people feel confident and empowered in their own skin through thoughtful, customized aesthetic care.

Sherry is an experienced nurse with over 20 years at a local hospital. Her experience includes Med Surg, Critical Care, and Emergency Room medicine. She earned her Associate’s degree from Trocaire and BSN from Daemen University.

When I’m not at Il Mulino you can find me at Oishei Children’s Hospital where I work as a Maternity Float Nurse. I graduated from Trocaire College with my RN and then went back to get my BSN from SUNY Brockport! With a lifelong passion for medical aesthetics, I'm thrilled to enhance clients natural beauty, empowering them to feel confident and beautiful.

Conor is a board-certified physician assistant who has been working in the medical field since 2017. He graduated from D’Youville in 2017 with his BS/MS of Physician Assistant. He has been working in Dermatology and medical aesthetics since becoming certified as it’s a passion of his to ensure patients feel and look their best. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his beautiful family.

For the past two years, I’ve found my passion in aesthetic nursing. I have extensive experience with injectables, specializing in neuromodulators (wrinkle relaxers) & dermal fillers—my personal favorite being lip fillers!
